fantastic food to relish and repulsive food to avoid

There is a Japanese pizza sold at pasar malams that is really out of this world. It is strangely made by Malays or Chinese cooks instead of Japanese cooks. It is actually cabbage leaves, an egg and salad cream made into a square patty. There are two types of filling to choose from. Crabstick which is sold at $2.50 and salmon which is sold at $3. It is topped with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. It is quite a substantial snack and can fill at least half a meal's portion. The reviews on it have been positive so far.

It is best to avoid the fried chicken from Mos Burger and the chicken wings from Yoshinoya. Both of them have the same problem. There is revolting fat encased between the skin and the flesh. It is not the white coloured type but the yellow coloured type, which is the worse of the two. It not only makes one lose his appetite but also increases the fat content that is taken into one's body.

On the other hand, the Mcwings from MacDonald's and the chicken wings from Burger King are alternatives. There is little fat underneath the skin, if any and it is white in colour. The marinade of the skin is delicious and a little spicy for the Mcwings. A piece of advice is to eat it on its own and not as an extra value meal. The accompanying french fries can be heaty for the body as well. The chicken wings from Burger King are not spicy but sweet in its marinade. There is a coat of honey on the skin. They are brown in colour as compared to the Mcwings which are golden in colour.

I am not trying to discredit Mos Burger and Yoshinoya. Their fried chicken just had a negative impact on me and of course, I am aware that this is my own opinion too. Each outlet has other delicious items on its menu which are worth having. For example, Mos Burger has the Kakiage Rice Burger, which is seafood fried tempura-style and then dipped into a special sauce and served between two rice patties while Yoshinoya has the Salmon Bowl, which is fried breaded salmon patties topped with Japanese mayonnaise and served with rice and vegetables.
