Chocolate Recipes

CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Ingredients:
3 bars of 3-ounce dark chocolate
1/2 cup, light or heavy cream
2 tbsp Cointreau

Method:
Break the chocolate bars into separate pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. Over low fire, stir the chocolate until melted and smooth. Serve in a chafing dish or fondue maker over low heat or tea light. Serve sliced bananas, strawberries and tangerine sections on a plate, with skewers for dipping into the fondue.

CHOCO LOCO MILKSHAKE

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chocolate milk
1 medium-sized orange, peeled and thinly sliced
2-3 scoops chocolate ice-cream
10 pcs crushed Maltesers
whipped cream

Method:
Lay orange slices at the bottom of a glass. Fill it halfway with whipped cream. Pile on the ice-cream, then pour the chocolate milk. Garnish with crushed Maltesers.

(Eating chocolate thrice a month may decrease heart disease and cancer risk because of its anti-oxidant properties.)
