Cooking lessons
I've been frying burgers and beef Oriental style. "Love it", as Ian Wright on Travel and Living says. Yes, I've to clean up but that's part of cooking right? I learn things in the process of cooking too. I must wipe the saucepan thoroughly so that the oil doesn't spatter when it touches the surface inside. I can't fry the beef for too long or else it'll be too tough and must thaw the pork loins to prevent the same consequence. I must also keep watch on the sauce or else it'll reduce in quantity. Haha, what interesting lessons! :)
